We have no affiliation with and do not represent any branch or office of The United States Treasury Department or The Internal Revenue Service. We do not belong to any group that promotes political views regarding any branch of the government. Our only interest is in providing confidential, reliable expert services in your quest for financial freedom. We represent you in all your dealings with the IRS.
All our field consultants attend a training session at our Lake Mary, Florida offices or at regional locations throughout the United States. The classroom sessions are followed up with one-on-one field training sessions by experienced field representatives.
Through this training process, EndTaxProblems has created a network of tax preparation professionals, accountants, mortgage brokers and financial advisors as exclusive affiliates who refer clients with tax problems to our office. Our field consultants meet with clients and affiliates to determine the best course of action to settle your business with the IRS. Once a course of action is decided, cases are submitted by Enrolled Agents who work on the problem to resolution.
Eligibility guidelines, procedures and specific IRS protocols are set and overseen by our Technical Advisors Group. This group is made up of retired or former IRS agents and executives who were members of the govenment's Senior Executive Service. Their expertise is grounded in every aspect of the IRS code. They also author up to date reports on their specific areas of expertise when there are changes in the law. The reports are published on EndTaxProblems for reference by affiliates and potential clients.
