TECHNICAL ADVISORY GROUP

Charles G. Hoyle, Retired IRS, 1994
     Served in an advisory capacity to the U.S. Treasury Department through 1999
    
     Mr. Hoyle's knowledge of the inner workings of the IRS and his experience with tax systems abroad is an important element EndTaxProblems.com.
     Mr. Hoyle served with the Internal Revenue Service for a total of 33 years, the last 22 in management positions at all levels, from Group Manager through Senior Executive.
     As assistant District Director Mr. Hoyle managed 800 – 1200 employees and supervised the following: Collection Division, Criminal Investigation Division, Employee Plans/Exempt Organization Division, Examination Division, Resources Management Division, Taxpayer Service Division, Problem Resolution Officer.
     As Assistant Regional Commissioner from 1986 through 1994, Mr. Hoyle was responsible for review and oversight of the Collection Function of the IRS in nine southeastern states and two processing centers.
     After retirement from the IRS, Mr. Hoyle traveled the world assisting countries in their tax collection functions. In 1995 he conducted a seminar on Collection Techniques for Egyptian tax officials and assisted Egyptian officials in developing basic tax collection techniques. In 1995 He assisted the Resident Advisor in developing an operational manual for the collection function of taxes in Bratislava, Slovakia as an advisor to the U.S. Treasury Department. His travels also took him to Warsaw, Poland, Bucharest , Romania and Tblisi, Georgia in 1996 to give presentations on development of a functional tax organization to the Ministers of Finance in each of those countries. Subsequent assignments were as a tax advisor to the finance ministers in Skopje, Macedonia, Intermittent Tax Administration Advisor in Poznan, Poland, Tbilisi, Georgia and Sarajevo Bosnia where he devised a process for the centralized processing and deposit of payroll taxes.
     We are proud to be associated with a person of Mr. Hoyle's achievement.


Donald L. Houck, Retired IRS, 1993
     Tax and Financial Advisor, American Manufacturers Group (AMEG) on the Ukraine Market Reform Education Program (UMREP) to present.

     Mr. Houck's last position with the IRS was as Director  of The Taxpayer Service Division in Washington, D.C. His experience makes our communication with the IRS clear and productive when solving your tax problems.
     Mr. Houk's career with the IRS spans 30 years and includes job descriptions from entry level to senior management. His career began in 1960 as a Compliance Revenue Agent and continued through assignments as Senior Program Analyst, Group Manager, Branch Chief, Executive Assistant to Assistant Regional Commissioner and Chief of the Examination Division. From 1985 to 1985 he was Assistant Director of the Foreign Operations Division of the IRS, moving on to Assistant Regional Commissioner and Deputy Assistant Commissioner (International), ending his service as Director of The Taxpayer Service Division.
     His skills remain in demand throughout the world. Our association with Mr. Houck is a valued asset in our dealings with the IRS on your behalf.
